Caroline Floyd (Pprepartoary Division Instructor) began her dance training at age three with Howard County Recreation and Parks. In order to pursue a more serious dance education, she attended classes at Ballet Royale Institute of Maryland, where she studied under the direction of Donna Pidel. There, she took classes in various styles of dance, including ballet, pointe, modern, jazz, lyrical/contemporary, and musical theatre. Caroline is a grateful to have received such a well-rounded dance education at Ballet Royale and to have had the opportunity to work closely with Rebecca Clark, the director of her high school's dance program. Currently, she is a junior at Towson University where she majors in Dance and is studying to obtain her K-12 teaching certificate in dance.
